If you place a permanent link to my blog on your blog, Most probably I will return the favor.But only you meet my basic quality link requirement.

Lastly i would like to added this point;link building is not how many links you get,it's not about quantity of links.
It all about quality,the higher ranked the pages are that link to you, the better! Imagine if w3.org linked to your blog,Hmm.....that would be a HUGE boost in your ranking.Right? Now,you know it's impossible,and my blog is not w3.org, nor even close and probably will never be...but as my blogs are improving it page rage(quality) it can be good for both of our visitors if related quality link is added to our blogs.
